Man City 2-1 Chelsea, De Bruyne And Riyad Mahrez On Target

Chelsea started very brightly, going toe-to-toe with the hosts and matching the defending champions in all respects, and in many respects, actually outplaying them. The opening goal, from N’Golo Kanté, who loves scoring against Manchester-based teams, was nothing less than the Blues’ play deserved. And it looked like Chelsea would even build on that, and were fleeing the game for a sola substantiated. But a giveaway in midfield gave City a chance to equalize, and De Bruyne cashed in on his luck with a deflected shot.
